Lomo Saltado

Peruvian stir-fried beef!

Ingredients:

Round steak (150 g)

1 sliced red onion

1 sliced tomato

2 tbs red wine vinegar

3-4 tbs Soy Sauce (to taste)

Chopped parsley

1 sliced yellow pepper

French Fries

Salt and Pepper (to taste)

3 tbs Vegetable oil

Directions:

  1. In a wok, add 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil.

  2. Season meat with salt and pepper and put in wok, stir fry until desired temperature.

  3. Add onions, tomatoes, yellow pepper and add vinegar, soy sauce and parsley.

  4. Serve with white rice and French fries
