Rum Raisin Ice Cream

Rum-tastic!

Ingredients:

1/2 cup of rum

1/2 cup of raisins

2 cups of heavy cream

1 tsp of vanilla extract

380 g of condensed milk

Instructions:

  1. Soak the raisins in the rum for a minimum of 24 hours.

  2. In a deep bowl, whip the heavy cream until you form stiff peaks.

  3. In a separate bowl, combine the raisins, vanilla extract and condensed milk together.

  4. Fold the raisin, vanilla extract and condensed milk in with the heavy cream that was previously whipped

  5. Place the mixture in a metallic pan and place in the freezer overnight.

  6. Enjoy once the mixture has set!
