Fried Fish

Tastes like chicken!

Ingredients:

1 lbs of fish (I used tilapia)

1 box of Fish Fry by McCorimick

Water

Oil of your choice (I used Canola Oil)

Directions:

  1. Preheat the skillet on medium-high heat.

  2. Rinse the fish with water and shake off the excess.

  3. Pour the fry mix into a zip-lock bag and coat the fish one at a time by shaking it in the bag.

  4. Fry fish several pieces at a time without overcrowding the skillet. Fry 3-5 minutes, turning once to brown evenly, drain on a wire rack.

  5. Serve
