Mojito
Straight from Cuba!
Ingredients:
Mint
2 tsp of lime juice
1 tsp of white sugar
3 ice cubes
Havana Club Rum (3 Years)
Sparkling water and Sprite
Directions:
First cut the mint branches and put in a glass, add one tsp of sugar and 2 tsp of lime juice, then macerate slowly mixing the ingredients trying to get all the juices of the mint stems.
Add 2 oz of Havana Club Rum and 3 ice cubes.
Add equal amounts of sparkling water and sprite. If you prefer the drink sweet add more sprite, if you prefer it dryer add more sparkling water.
To finish, gently shake from the bottom up the lime juice and sugar. Garnish with a slice of lime and a branch of mint.
