Pineapple Juice
Cool and refreshing!
Ingredients:
1 whole ripe pineapple
4 cups of filtered water
Sweetener (optional)
Directions:
Peel, core and chop pineapple into bite size pieces.
Blend pineapple with 4 cups of filtered water.
Strain the pulp.
Add sweetener and serve chilled.
