Pineapple Juice

Pineapple Juice

Cool and refreshing!

Ingredients:

1 whole ripe pineapple

4 cups of filtered water

Sweetener (optional)

Directions:

  1. Peel, core and chop pineapple into bite size pieces.

  2. Blend pineapple with 4 cups of filtered water.

  3. Strain the pulp.

  4. Add sweetener and serve chilled.
