Buttermilk Pancakes

Pancakes for breakfast!

Ingredients:

1 cup of all-purpose flour

1 1/2 tbs of sugar

1/4 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp salt

1 1/4 cup buttermilk

1 large egg

1 1/2 tbs butter

Directions:

  1. Mix all dry and wet ingredients in a mixing bowl until combined. Let rest for 5 minutes.

  2. On medium heat pour 1/4 cup of pancake mix onto a non-stick skillet.

  3. Cook until gold brown then flip.

  4. Serve immediately.

Add fruit, nuts or chocolate chips to the pancake mix!
