Buttermilk Pancakes
Pancakes for breakfast!
Ingredients:
1 cup of all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tbs of sugar
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/4 cup buttermilk
1 large egg
1 1/2 tbs butter
Directions:
Mix all dry and wet ingredients in a mixing bowl until combined. Let rest for 5 minutes.
On medium heat pour 1/4 cup of pancake mix onto a non-stick skillet.
Cook until gold brown then flip.
Serve immediately.
